College basketball: Boise State @ Oregon

TWICE this week we’ve been done by half a point on college hoops – now it’s time to turn that luck around.

Oregon’s high-flying offence is set to welcome Boise State in what should be a highly entertaining game.

The Ducks are averaging 87.3 points per game on almost 48% shooting from the field – and that number only increases on their home court.

They’re a perfect 4-0 on their home court – going 3-0 against the spread in those match ups as well – and are scoring a ridiculous 94.8 points per game in the process.

Admittedly, the Broncos will provide a far sterner test than the teams that have come before with the visitors holding teams to 38.3% shooting from the field so far this season.

They defend the perimeter very well, but that shouldn’t concern Oregon too much as the home side will look to get a bulk of their points in transition and inside the lane.

Offensively, Boise State are scoring well with the team averaging 74.8 points per game which includes shooting at 41.5% from beyond the arc.

Oregon’s team focus will be to push the tempo from the start and Boise state will be forced to match them or risk falling behind big.

The total here is far too low and we’re projecting it to go Over the 145.5 on offer by almost double-digits. Take the good number on what should be an absolute shootout.

Tip: Over 145.5 points @ $1.92
