College Football: Tulane @ Memphis

YESTERDAY’S pick was horribly skewed with the late withdrawal of Bryce Love, so we have made sure to hold off until the latest injury updates.

Memphis have arguably been one of the most underrated teams in the country this year, but they do have evident flaws.

The Tigers defence certainly has question marks around it, with the team currently ranked 120th in the nation for yards allowed per game at 488.4.

The problem for Memphis is they have no real success in defending the pass or rush at the moment, with the team ranked 118th and 109th in the country in those respective categories.

Tulane are by no means the strongest offence they’ll come up against this season but they have shown improvements in recent weeks.

They put up 28 points against ranked opposition last week and given how Memphis has struggled in getting stops we can see the Green Wave enjoying success on the ground here.

Obviously Memphis’ offence speaks for itself and the team will have no problem putting points up in this one.

The team is ranked 10th in the nation in passing and currently averages 40.6 points per game – enough to see them rank 14th in the country.

We’ll keep this one brief but we have a big lean on the Overs in the one.

Eight of Memphis last nine home games have gone Over the points total and they’re 6-0 on the Overs in their last six games after accumulating more than 450 yards in their previous game.

The Over is also 4-1 in Tulane’s last five games in October and frankly this total is far too short. Get on board now as we get our season back no track.

Tip: Over 61.5 points @ $1.93
