EPL Preview: Week 15

We’ve got another blockbuster round of the EPL in what will be the third match in a week for England’s elite clubs. Here’s our best picks for week 15.

Leicester v Burnley

Two sides who are enjoying a great run of results clash at the King Power Stadium.

Burnley coach Sean Dyche is one of the early frontrunners for coach of the year with his outfit shaping as the league’s most improved side with seven wins and four draws from their opening 14 matches. The Clarets currently sit in sixth position and find themselves just three points outside the top four thanks to a sensational run which has seen them three wins from their past four matches.

Leicester are also enjoying a rich vein of form having incurred just one loss from their past eight league matches. Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez have rediscovered their form of late and their combination play proved too much for Tottenham to overcome midweek.

Burnley are currently one of the toughest sides to break down in the league at the moment and they’ve been exceptional away from home with only Manchester City and Chelsea having picked up more points. Three of the last six meetings between the two sides at the King Power have ended in draws and we’re confident the Clarets can emerge with something in this one.

Prediction: Burnley or draw @ $1.85

Arsenal could not have looked more impressive leading into this blockbuster clash following their 5-0 demolition of Huddersfield during the week. The Gunners have been sensational of late winning six of their past seven matches in the league and their currently riding an incredible 12 match winning streak in the league at home.

As we’ve come to expect with Jose Mourinho coached sides, Manchester United have secured results of late without setting the world on fire. Record signing Paul Pogba is back from injury and they certainly look a more balanced lineup with him pulling the strings in midfield. However, Mourinho’s record away to top sides in the league is nothing short of atrocious. The Portuguese mentor has failed to secure a win in his last 11 away trips to top six opposition in the league. In fact, in their last eight away games to either Tottenham, Liverpool, Chelsea, City and Arsenal, United have lost six and drawn two.

Arsenal have scored at least two goals in their past 10 home matches in the league and have kept an impressive five clean sheets from their past six matches at home in the league. No doubt Mourinho will bring the ‘park the bus’ tactic to the Emirates but the Gunners are in sensational form and the stats heavily point to the home side making it 13 straight wins in the league on their own patch.

Prediction: Arsenal @ $2.40
