Multi maker – Tuesday, 2 May

HERE’S our daily multi maker – offering the best value tips for the best returns:

The Cavs have been sitting pretty as they waited for the Raptors to deal with a young Milwaukee team in the opening round of the playoffs. Toronto are notoriously slow starters in a series and will struggle immensely to take Game 1 in this one. Cleveland will be intent on taking the shortest possible rout to the finals and they’ll make sure they don’t slip up in this one. Take the Cavs as a nice addition to your multi bets for the day.

Houston and San Antonio will certainly provide us with the best series to date. Their regular season match up all went down the wire and we can see the same happening again in this series. Whether you feel more comfortable with giving the home side a start or not take the value in giving Houston a nice point spread in what should be a pulsating game. The Rockets with a start should be a safe bet for your multi.

– Cavaliers $1.34
– Rockets +10.5 $1.44
– Rockets +15.5 $1.20

Baltimore remain value on the road against a Red Sox team they’ve dealt with already this season. Dylan Bundy has happy memories at the mound against Boston’s hitters and he should do enough to minimise the damage they can do once more. Rick Porcello isn’t having a great 2017 and that should open the door for the Orioles hitters to come away with another road win. Give them a handicap to be safe and that should be a safe addition to your multi’s.

Clayton Kershaw continues to deliver consistent figures at the mound and we expect nothing less from the Dodgers star pitcher. The Giants hitters haven’t been particularly great this season and they’ll be given no hand outs by the league’s best pitcher. Expect Kershaw to hold the visitors to under four runs once more as the Dodgers tick on another win.

– Baltimore Orioles +2.5 $1.34
– Baltimore Orioles +3.5 $1.20
– LA Dodgers $1.39
– Giants u/3.5 runs $1.32

Damir Dzumhur hasn’t been at his best in 2017 on clay but he shouldn’t have any real issues in dealing with Stefanos Tsitsipas. The Greek qualifier hasn’t won an ATP event, with his only victories coming in Challenger tournaments. There’s no way we can see Dzumhur losing this one and think his value is a must for your bet slips for the day.

– Damir Dzumhur $1.38
