A small profit yesterday helped us continue our upward NBA trend.
Here’s our best bets for the action ahead:
Miami Heat @ Indiana Pacers
The Heat are coming off a nail biter in Toronto, but now play the second of a back-to-back at a venue where they haven’t won since LeBron James was rocking a Miami throwback.
Indiana are well rested and coming off two blowout wins, which coincided with the return of their possible All-Star Victor Oladipo.
The Pacers offence seems to have rediscovered its rhythm with Oladipo back starting and the up-tempo style we saw from them in the early stages of the season has returned.
They’ll look to run early and often against Miami’s tired legs, especially given Erik Spoelstra’s injury list at the moment.
Tyler Johnson, Dion Waiters and Justise Winslow will all sit, while James Johnson could also sit if the league suspend him for his ejection after a scuffle with Serge Ibaka.
Miami are a woeful 1-4 against the spread this season when on the second game of a back-to-back, while they’re also just 1-5 against the spread in their last six visits to Indianapolis.
Even if Myles Turner sits for Indiana this line will move massively if J. Johnson is confirmed out along with others. Get this number early as it will move.
Tip: Indiana Pacers -4.0 @ $1.95 (Sportsbet) (1 unit)
